Every June, dairy farmers celebrate with the rest of the country “June Dairy Month”. This is a great opportunity to showcase the nation’s dairy producers and processors and the tireless work to produce quality dairy products like milk, cheese, ice cream, and yogurt. June is a great opportunity to get your fill of your favorite dairy products. As school ends and the weather gets warmer, what a great chance to enjoy an ice cream cone or milkshake featuring your favorite flavor. My favorite is a Chocolate Peanut Butter milkshake. String cheese is my choice as I head out to the barn to do feed calves. There are so many opportunities to add dairy to your day!! So take a moment to help dairy farmer’s celebrate “June Dairy Month”!!
